Robinette’s Apple Haus and Winery
If you’re looking for some great fall fun plus some A-mazing donuts, Robinette’s Apple Haus and Winery is the place to go. For over 100 years, they’ve been growing apples, making cider and donuts, making it one of the most popular historic farms in Grand Rapids. Van’s Pastry Shoppe
A classic sweets stop in Grand Rapids since 1942, Van’s Pastry Shoppe has been serving up delicious donuts and pastries for more than 75 years. Van’s has been operating out of the same building and is currently a fourth-generation, family-run business. They offer some great donut deals on their yummy plain and sugar-cinnamon that are just 50 cents. They also offer a variety of specialty donuts such as sour cream, glazed, long johns, and the to-die-for orange twist. Van’s Pastry Shoppe is an old-school bakery that just can’t be missed!
Moelker Orchards & Farm Market
Moelker Orchards is just west of Grand Rapids and has plenty of yummy donuts! They serve up apple cinnamon, pumpkin, and buttermilk donuts all made in-house. They also offer tons of fun during the fall season including wagon rides, apple picking and so much more!

Post Family Farm
Post Family Farms is the perfect place to enjoy the fall season and some yummy donuts! They serve up homemade pumpkin donuts with a glass of cider. Iced or with cinnamon sugar, the donuts will leave you bringing home a dozen to enjoy later. You can also enjoy some fall fun such as hayrides, a barrel train, an obstacle course, and more while visiting this Hudsonville-based farm.
Bro’s Doughs
Located on the east side of Grand Rapids, Bro’s Doughs serves up over 50 unique flavors of hand-made mini donuts. They aim to bring West Michigan a better way to “doughnut”. They make fresh donuts before your eyes as they put it, ” hot, fast and delicious!” All of their delectable creations are “mini” and pack a punch. Some of their flavors include Cookies and Cream, Lemon Raspberry, Peach Cobbler and so much more! They do offer call-ahead ordering and catering services.
Rise Authentic Baking
Located on Fulton Street in collaboration with Squibb Coffee Bar, Rise Authentic Baking Co. offers all gluten-free, vegan, and soy-free baked goodies. They provide products that are allergy-aware and still delicious! The donuts they serve up are gluten-free and come in a variety of popular flavors including cinnamon sugar, vanilla lavender, cookies and cream, chocolate expresso, orange cardamon and so much more! They also offer a variety of non-donut treats and of course, the amazing Squibb Coffee.
Sprinkles Donut Shop
Sprinkles Donut Shop has some of the best donuts in the Grand Rapids area. With 4 locations including Ada, Allendale, Rockford, and Hudsonville there is always an opportunity to get delicious donuts. The owner’s dad who founded the business used to say, “A donut is more than flour, sugar, and water…it takes equal parts love and experience with a dash of good old fashion intuition,” and that definitely comes across in the donuts made here. You’ll find classic cake and yeast donuts that are fluffy and flavorful. There are also cinnamon rolls that are out of this world!

Marge’s Donut Den
Marge’s Donut Den has been a staple in the Wyoming area for over 40 years. They serve up a variety of large donuts, muffins, danishes and create custom donut and cookie designs for special occasions. They have a classic diner vibe and a down-to-earth friendly atmosphere that will keep you coming back again and again.
Sandy’s Donut House
This Westside Grand Rapids donut shop is the perfect place to stop for donuts and coffee before you head out to the Fruit Ridge orchards. They have a variety of classic donuts to offer as well as some fall specials such as apple crisp donuts and pumpkin cream cheese muffins.
